These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding legal agreement between you and Greenside Golf LLC("Greenside Golf," "we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the Greenside Golf platform, including thegreensidegolf.com and any related mobile applications (the "Service").
By creating an account or using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Greenside Golf is a two-sided marketplace connecting golf courses with golfers and event organizers. We provide:
Greenside Golf is a technology platform only. We are not a golf course operator, and we do not provide or guarantee any golf services. Courses listed on the platform are independently operated businesses.
You must provide accurate, complete information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at cameron@thegreensidegolf.com if you believe your account has been compromised.
You may not share your account with others, create accounts on behalf of others without their consent, or use the Service to impersonate any person or entity.
If you register as a course operator, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to operate the golf course you list and to enter into these Terms on behalf of that course.
Course operators must complete Greenside Golf's verification process before their course profile can be published publicly. Greenside Golf reserves the right to reject or unpublish any course at its discretion.
Course operators are solely responsible for the accuracy of their course information, pricing, availability, tee time inventory, and the quality of services delivered to golfers.
Outing organizers. If you organize an outing through the Service, you — not Greenside Golf — are responsible for your event, including its promotion, player communications, format, prizes, compliance with applicable law, and any commitments made to your players. Greenside Golf provides the software only and is not a party to the agreement between you, your players, and the host course.
Organizer access expiration. Organizer management access is provided through a unique link issued after your event deposit is paid. This access automatically expires 48 hours after your event's scheduled date. After expiration, contact the host course for any event records you need.
Course subscription plans. Course operators on paid subscription plans are billed monthly or annually as selected at signup. Fees are charged to the payment method on file at the start of each billing period.
Stripe Connect payouts. Course operators receive payments via Stripe Connect Express. Greenside Golf's platform fee is automatically deducted before funds are transferred to the course's connected bank account. Payout timing is governed by Stripe's standard payout schedule.
Processing fees. A 3% payment processing fee applies to outing registrations and is disclosed to golfers at checkout. This fee covers Stripe's payment processing costs.
Membership dues. Membership dues facilitated through the Service are recurring charges (monthly or annual, as set by the course or organization) and will continue until cancelled. Greenside Golf collects a $5.00 platform fee per member per billing cycle, added to the dues price set by your course or organization. Greenside Golf does not process membership refunds — contact your course or organization directly. Member codes (GS-XXXXXX) are non-transferable and tied to a single Greenside account.
Taxes. You are responsible for determining, collecting, reporting, and remitting any applicable sales taxes, VAT, or other taxes on transactions you facilitate through the Service. Greenside Golf does not collect or remit taxes on your behalf.
Tee time bookings. Cancellation and refund terms for individual tee time bookings are set by each course operator and disclosed before checkout. Greenside Golf is not responsible for enforcing or funding course-specific refund policies.
Outing registrations. Refund eligibility for outing registrations is determined by the outing organizer and disclosed on the registration page. The $5.00 Greenside platform fee is non-refundable once a registration is processed.
Greenside Golf does not process or arbitrate refunds. Refund requests and payment disputes are strictly between the course and the organizer or player. Courses may issue refunds through their own payment tools and mark registrations accordingly in the dashboard. The same applies to league fees: refunds for league entry or weekly fees are handled directly by the course.
Subscription plans. You may cancel your course subscription at any time. Your access to paid features continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods, except at our sole discretion.
14-day money-back guarantee. New course operators on any paid plan may request a full refund within 14 days of their first charge by contacting us at cameron@thegreensidegolf.com. This guarantee applies to the first billing period only.
You may cancel your Greenside Golf account at any time by visiting your account settings and selecting "Cancel Account," or by contacting us at cameron@thegreensidegolf.com.
Upon cancellation: your course profile will be unpublished and no longer visible to golfers; active bookings and outing registrations already processed will remain valid through their event date; your personal data will be handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
Greenside Golf reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, without prior notice. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you if we terminate your account for cause.

The Greenside Golf name, logo, and all platform content created by us are owned byGreenside Golf LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of content you upload (course photos, descriptions, etc.). By uploading content, you grant Greenside Golf a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, reproduce, and distribute that content in connection with the Service, including for marketing purposes. You represent that you own or have the right to upload all content you provide.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES.
GREENSIDE GOLF DOES NOT ENDORSE OR GUARANTEE ANY GOLF COURSE LISTED ON THE PLATFORM AND IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE QUALITY, SAFETY, OR LEGALITY OF SERVICES PROVIDED BY COURSE OPERATORS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, GREENSIDE GOLF SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR CLAIMS ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE TOTAL FEES PAID BY YOU TO GREENSIDE GOLF IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) $100.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Greenside Golf LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another person or entity.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Ohio, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
Before initiating any legal action, both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes informally by contacting cameron@thegreensidegolf.com and allowing 30 days for a good-faith resolution attempt.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes acceptance.
